Education
The Problem
A student can top every exam and still freeze in a job interview, because no one taught how to hold one. A school-leaver has never been asked to lead a discussion, solve a problem in a team, or make a decision under pressure, skills no syllabus tests but every employer expects. A final-year graduate can leave with a strong transcript and still have no idea how to turn that knowledge into a career, because classroom learning and the market rarely speak to each other. As India's education system expands to serve one of the world's youngest populations, this gap is a predictable strain of growing fast.
The Solution
At ActImpact, we treat education as connective tissue between skilling and livelihoods: building employability at the school level, sharpening it at university, and translating it into entrepreneurship where the market allows. That means life-skills and personality-development curricula for school students, employability training in communication and soft skills for university graduates, and industry-aligned vocational courses that put a trade directly to work. Our vision is learners who leave education not just informed, but ready: for a job, an enterprise, or whatever the next stage of their working life requires.
